The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Special Communications Mission Systems (SCMS) Division, as the organic Lead Systems Integrator (oLSI) has a requirement to provide Life Cycle Support (LCS) and Integrated Product Support (IPS) to C5ISR systems that are part of commercial and militarized vehicles, onboard small and large craft, transit cases, mobile communications, fixed base stations, command centers, and intelligence systems. These C5ISR products are funded by a broad range of customers including Navy, Special Operations Forces (SOF), Homeland Security, and other Department of Defense (DoD) and non-Department of Defense (non-DoD) agencies.
