This requirement is to provide continued adaptive maintenance, application development, and Tier III support for the Screening Gateway services and applications now comprised under the Vetting and Credentialing System (VCS). The Screening Gateway services and applications are components of the Security Threat Assessment (STA) that provides for vetting support services and functions to secure the United States U.S. transportation system. The Screening Gateway services and applications provide the functionality for application ingest and adjudication, biometric identification, credential management, and applicant status management. The Screening Gateways services and application process applications for several programs such as the Aviation Worker, Hazardous Material Endorsement, Indirect Air Carrier, Cargo Screening, Alien Flight Student, TSA PreCheck Application, General Aviation, and the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards Programs. The period of performance for this order consist of one (1) 3-month base period, and three (3) 3-month option periods, and the contract type is a hybrid consisting of Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Labor-Hour (LH) contact line item numbers (CLINS).
