The contract solicitation seeks 40 units of a screw assembly, pane, under solicitation number SPE4A6-26-T-70Z6, with a required delivery within five days of award to Fort Irwin, California. The item is governed by strict technical and quality standards referenced from the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, and compliance with MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 is mandated for sampling, with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified. Packaging and marking must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, employing clean and dry preservation methods and standardized barcoded labeling in compliance with DoD shipping protocols. All supplies must retain government identification unless specifically authorized for removal under RQ011. Technical data associated with the item is subject to export control under ITAR or EAR, requiring contractors to have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification, complete mandatory DLA training, and obtain formal authorization prior to accessing the data. DFARS 252.225-7048 applies, restricting access to DLA contractors meeting these criteria. The contract incorporates numerous FAR and DFARS clauses including those for combating trafficking in persons, employment eligibility verification, hazardous materials handling, prohibition of hexavalent chromium, sustainable products, safeguarding controlled defense information, and electronic invoicing through WAWF. The pricing structure is not finalized as this is a solicitation, with unit and extended prices left blank, and the contract type is unspecified though likely firm-fixed-price. Responses are to be submitted electronically via the DLA Internet Bid Board System by June 3, 2026, with all offerors required to provide a Unique Entity ID, complete size and socioeconomic certifications, and comply with representations regarding covered defense telecommunications equipment. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination by government representatives.
