Inspection and quality conformance are governed by multiple DLA-mandated CDRLs including RQ001, RQ006, RQ009, RQ011, RQ017, and RP001, with source inspection required at origin and acceptance also occurring at origin. The sampling method must adhere to MIL-STD-1916, ASQ H1331, or an equivalent zero-based plan, with critical, major, and minor attributes assigned to verification levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. The screws must meet ASME B18.2.1 dimensional specifications and ASTM B633-23 for coating, and packaging must follow ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129, with palletization conforming to DLA packaging requirements.
