All items must comply with technical and quality requirements referenced in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with attribute verification following specified levels: critical at VII/AQL 0.1, major at IV/AQL 1.0, and minor at II/AQL 4.0; unspecified attributes are treated as major. Sampling must adhere to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, or a comparable zero-based plan, with zero non-conformances required for acceptance unless otherwise stated. The item must be free of intentional mercury or mercury compounds except for specific exemptions including functional use in batteries, fluorescent lights, instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, and chemically specified reagents by NAVSEA; portable mercury-containing devices must include a secondary containment and be shockproof in compliance with NAVSEA 5100-003D. Packaging must conform to MIL-STD-2073-1E using preservation method 10, cleaning/dry code 1, and unit container D3 with pack code U; marking must follow MIL-STD-129 with no special marking required. Unit Unique Identification is not required per the service customer’s request under DFARS 252.211-7003(c)(1)(i). Delivery is due within 20 days after order placement, FOB destination to FPO AP 96678, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the delivery point.
