AI Contract Overview
Solicitation SPE4A6-27-T-6273 is a fixed-price procurement issued by the DLA Weapons Support ASC Commodities Division for four socket head cap screws, identified by NSN 5305-01-096-6950. The requirement specifies a delivery date of October 19, 2026, to Hill AFB, Utah, with shipping via the fastest traceable means. This is not a small business set-aside, although a price evaluation preference is available for certified HUBZone small business concerns. Due to the nature of the technical data, eligible offerors must possess an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification and DLA authorization to access export-controlled data subject to ITAR or EAR regulations. The contract mandates strict quality and technical compliance, requiring the manufacturer's inspection system to meet SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001 standards. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the origin, utilizing zero-based sampling plans such as MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331. All Class 3A and 3B threads must be inspected for dimensional conformance. Packaging must adhere to ASTM D3951 and RP001, with marking and labeling following MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130N. Additionally, the contractor must comply with the Buy American Act and the Berry Amendment, and utilize the Wide Area WorkFlow system for all electronic invoicing and receiving reports.
