The contract calls for the procurement of 3,119 units of a close tolerance screw, identified under NSN 5305-01-218-1455, to be delivered within 82 days. The hardware must conform to either a current military part standard or an equivalent consensus non-government standard, with all items manufactured on or after the solicitation date adhering to the most recent revision of the applicable standard. Identification markings are required as per MIL-STD-130N, including manufacturer logo, lot number, and material identification, except for item unique identification, which is waived per customer request. The product carries no shelf life requirement. Quality and inspection protocols are rigorously defined, with sampling methods aligned to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, using assigned verification levels or Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) for critical, major, and minor attributes unless otherwise specified.
