The contract features a five-year base period with a total value not to exceed 350,000.00 USD. It establishes a guaranteed minimum of 70 units and an estimated annual demand of 280 units. Delivery is required within 98 days after the order is received, with both inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. Pricing is based on a firm fixed price model. Technical compliance requires adherence to NAS7700 through 7706 Revision 5 and sampling methods per MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129, with palletization following RP001. A critical requirement for award eligibility is the upload of a CMMC Level 2 Self-Assessment to the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) due to the handling of Controlled Unclassified Information. Award decisions will be based on a comparative assessment of price, quoted delivery, and past performance, with SPRS assessments weighted most heavily.
