This contract is for the procurement of a close tolerance screw identified by NSN 5305-01-169-8255 and part number SS5112-540, with a quantity of 19 units to be delivered in 233 days FOB origin. The item is classified as a commercial product of a type and is designated as a critical application item requiring strict adherence to the original equipment manufacturer’s drawing specifications. Only approved sources including Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Space-Lok Inc., Hi-Shear Corporation, Avibank Mfg. Inc., and Lisi Aerospace Canada Corp. are permitted. Technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which take precedence over any other standards including ASTM D3951. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero nonconformances required unless otherwise specified, and critical attributes must be verified at Level VII or AQL 0.1. All packaging must comply with MIL-STD-129 and RP001 DLA Packaging Requirements, and palletization must conform to specified guidelines.
