The contract calls for the procurement of 50 close-tolerance machine screws identified by NSN 5305008159424 and part numbers NAS1202 through NAS1210, Revision 12 dated July 31, 2025. The screws must be manufactured from steel with cadmium plating and chromate conversion coating, meeting all technical and quality requirements specified in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which supersedes all other standards. The item is governed by military and consensus non-government standards, and only hardware produced to the current revision of the applicable specification is acceptable; previous revisions are not permitted for items manufactured after the solicitation date. Inspection and acceptance occur at the destination, with sampling conducted per MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, demanding zero non-conformances in the sample lot unless otherwise directed. Critical, major, and minor attributes must be verified at qualification levels VII, IV, and II respectively, or with AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0, while unspecified attributes are treated as major. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951, but all DLA Master List requirements override this standard. Palletization adheres to RP001, and all packaging and item markings conform to MIL-STD-129 and paragraph 4.1.b(2) of MIL-STD-130N, including manufacturer’s logo, lot number, and material identification. Barcoding requirements are enforced per MIL-STD-129 with UDI/2D codes. Delivery is FOB origin with a five-day lead time from order date, targeted for May 19, 2026, to the Department of Commerce NOAA facility in Lakeland, Florida. Shipment must use traceable freight methods, expressly prohibiting parcel post. The contract includes mandatory clauses prohibiting hexavalent chromium use, requiring hazard communication and SDS submissions, and enforcing compliance with NIST SP 800-171 and safeguarding of covered defense information. Contractor representations must include UEI and CAGE codes, size status, and socioeconomic certifications, with affirmative responses triggering additional disclosures. Payment is to be processed via WAWF, and the contract type remains to be determined by the Contracting Officer under FAR 52.216-1.
