All hardware must adhere to the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which supersedes any referenced standards such as ASTM D3951 or MIL-STD-130N, with marking required under paragraph 4.1.b(2) of MIL-STD-130N including manufacturer logo, lot number, and material identification, in addition to permanent part identification.
