Technical and quality requirements referenced by R or I numbers are governed by the DLA Master List, and all supplies must comply with DLA packaging directives. The contract includes mandatory cybersecurity compliance under NIST SP 800-171, requiring contractors to assess and report their systems’ security posture to the Supplier Performance Risk System, and mandates adherence to safeguarding requirements for covered defense information under DFARS 252.204-7012. Contractual clauses address whistleblower rights, employment eligibility, trafficking in persons, and prohibitions on covered telecommunications equipment. Payment must be processed via Wide Area WorkFlow, and all offerings must include a Unique Entity Identifier and CAGE code. No pricing or total contract value is disclosed, and the contract type remains unspecified, though offerors may propose alternatives.
