Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source, Axletech International. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 USC 2304C (1). Item is Sole Source to Axletech (3D6E9) under part number E75501569 and it is anticipated that the award will be made via a purchase order. If other than the sole source can meet the Government's needs and successfully be approved as a source for this item at time of award, request a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) should be made to Elena Banis at +1 (555) 000-0000 or e-mail a request to contact@example.gov and a copy of the formal solicitation will be posted on the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
