The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for various Seal Delivery Vehicle cable assemblies. The requirement includes specific quantities of crew, radio to GPS, KVM, pilot/co-pilot, diver communication, sound velocity sensor, and radio to amplifier RF cable assemblies. Due to strict Naval Sea Systems Command approved source control drawings, competition is limited to Teledyne ODI, Ametek SCP, Brantner & Assoc. Inc., and Teledyne D.G. O'Brien, Inc. The government may make multiple awards on an all, some, or none basis, with the final selection based on fair and reasonable pricing. All deliverables must be sent to the Naval Support Activity in Panama City, Florida, within 180 days of the contract award. Because the technical drawings are distribution limited and restricted by the Arms Export Control Act, only registered DoD contractors are eligible. All participating vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management database.
