The contract solicits 2,115 packages of anti-pilferage seals, with each package containing 100 seals, under NSN 5340-00-522-2514, to be delivered FOB Origin by December 31, 2026, within a 123-day period after award. The item is identified as a critical application and must be sourced only from approved manufacturers listed on the source-controlled drawing, with non-approved suppliers required to obtain prior OEM approval and submit technical documentation with their offer. Compliance with MIL-STD-130N for unique item identification and MIL-STD-129 for shipment marking is mandatory, including application of Data Matrix barcodes for automated tracking. Packaging must conform to MIL-STD-2073-1E with clean and dry preservation, no cushioning or wrapping materials, and palletization per DLA’s RP001 requirements; each package must be clearly marked “1 PG (100).” Inspection and acceptance occur at the destination, with sampling governed by MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, requiring zero non-conformances for acceptance unless otherwise stated.
