The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia-Maritime Detachment is seeking proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand for seal, plain and encased. This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation is for a potential five year contract for a sole source NSN (5330-01-271-9410). The IQC will be for a one year base period, with four one year options. The quantity requested will be stated as the annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 40,000. A delivery time of 120 days after the date of the order by FOB destination is requested.
