INVITATION TO BIDSealed Bid No. 25-6916 The City of Kenner (also referenced as “Kenner” and “Owner”) will receive sealed bids for: 4.0 MGD Sewer Lift Station Upgrades, 131 West Esplanade Avenue, Kenner, LouisianaPublic Works Project No. PW-2020-4-SW The proposed work (“Work”) includes constructing an adjacent triplex submersible pump station and connect it to the existing 4.0 MGD lift station wet well. Work includes, but not limited to: site work; structural excavation; backfilling; timber piling; structural concrete; submersible pumps; force main; concrete paving; piping; electrical; and mechanical work and all other work necessary to complete the Project. Sealed bids will be received until Tuesday, October 7, 2025, 9:45 AM C.S.T. by the City of Kenner in the Finance Department located at: 1610 Reverend Richard Wilson Drive, Building DKenner, Louisiana 70062 All interested parties are invited to attend the Bid Opening on the same day at 10:00 AM C.S.T. at the City of Kenner, Building D Auditorium, 1610 Rev. Richard Wilson Drive, Kenner, Louisiana, at which time the bids will be publicly read. The bid prices shall include all costs of all required permits, insurance and bonds, if any. Successful bidders, as an authorized agent of the OWNER, will be authorized by OWNER to receive an exemption from Louisiana State Sales taxes related to the work to be performed. As such, the bid proposal price should reflect this exemption. There will be a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM C.S.T at City of Kenner Building D Auditorium, 1610 Rev.
