The Hilldale Water District is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of Proposed Water Well 11 in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The project scope includes the construction of a new 350-gallon-per-minute water well and the formal closure of the existing Water Well Number 2. All bids must be submitted to the Hilldale Water District office by 10:00 AM local time on September 29, 2026. This project is funded through the Safe Drinking Water Act’s State Revolving Loan Funds and the Drinking Water Systems Improvements Revolving Loan Fund from the State of Mississippi. Consequently, the contract requires strict adherence to American Iron and Steel standards and the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act regarding all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials. Additionally, the procurement must comply with the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, and DWSIRLF Program Regulations.
