The City of Brookhaven is soliciting sealed bids for the Central Firestation Improvements Project in Brookhaven, Mississippi. The project involves the construction of an addition to the Brookhaven Central Fire Station, encompassing site preparation, concrete foundations and slabs, the erection of a new metal building, roofing, and both interior and exterior finishes. The scope of work also includes comprehensive electrical installations such as power distribution, lighting, receptacles, emergency lighting, and fire alarm modifications, as well as all necessary testing, inspections, permits, and cleanup to ensure a fully functional facility.
