The Madison County Board of Supervisors is soliciting proposals for the procurement of an All-in-One Fully Contained SCBA Breathing Air Cascade Fill Station under solicitation number 3170036700. The required system must be housed in a single NEMA 4 rated electrical enclosure and feature a four-stage, single-phase compressor of 10hp or greater with 6000psi and 13.0cfm. Technical specifications include a minimum of three total containment fill stations, four DOT cylinders with an integrated rack, a full gauge panel, and an air directional valve for storage bypass. The system must accommodate SCBA/SCUBA up to 31 inches in length with a 4500psi fill set and include a remote fill hose connection with an adjustable regulator for up to 6000psi service. Additionally, the unit must be equipped with an electronic carbon monoxide monitor that complies with NFPA 1901 standards.
