Sealing Tech Server and Networking Equipment

The U.S. Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) is seeking information from authorized resellers regarding their capability to provide a fully integrated Sealing Tech Server and Networking Equipment system by the required delivery date of 29 September 2026. This effort is conducted through a Sources Sought notice under solicitation number M68909-26-I-7715, issued on 22 June 2026 with responses due by 6 July 2026, and is intended solely for market research rather than as a binding solicitation or contract. The equipment consists of one SN7100 server with a 64-core AMD EPYC CPU, 576GB DDR5 RAM, 8x 7.68TB U.2 NVMe SSDs, and a 4-port SFP28 NIC; two SN3100 servers each equipped with 20-core CPUs and 128GB DDR4 RAM; a SealingTech 3U case with dual 1U drawers; and a QNAP 30-port management switch supporting 10G, 25G, and 100G connectivity—all with a one-year KYD warranty. The system is intended for network traffic collection and analysis in support of Marine Corps defense research programs and must be delivered fully assembled and operational at Camp Pendleton, California. All responses must be submitted via email as a single capability statement including company details, point of contact information, CAGE/DUNS/UEI codes, business size status, applicable PSC and NAICS 334111 codes, suggested contract vehicles, and detailed product offerings. No classified information is permitted in submissions, and all responses become Government property. Respondents must be registered in SAM.gov, and telephone inquiries are prohibited. While a Firm-Fixed Price contract is anticipated if a procurement proceeds, no formal pricing, delivery terms, inspection criteria, packaging requirements, or contract clauses are specified at this stage since this is a pre-solicitation market research effort.
