The United States Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to GeoEye Imagery Collection Systems, Inc., 21700 Atlantic Blvd., Dulles, VA 20166 for the following: Annual subscription to SeaStar Fisheries Information Service. SeaStar Fisheries Information Service provides satellite oceanography and fishing information service which is used by commercial fishermen to improve the efficiency, productivity and safety of their fishing operations. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 519190. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price.
