This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Far part 12 overhaul. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The Solicitation number is 6923G226Q000020 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) - SEAWEB SHIPS DATABASE SUBSCRIPTION (Base + 4 Option Year). The combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a fixed price Purchase Order (PO).
This requirement is a total set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes based on an acceptable/unacceptable basis to determine if the contractor meets the requirements described in the requirement.
