WBS Element - Scope Description


1.0 Demolition & HAZMAT


Lead-safe demo of flooring, fixtures, and partitions in 2 bathrooms. Includes containment, monitoring, and specialized waste characterization/disposal.


2.0 Flooring


Furnish and install approx. 240 sq. ft. of new heavy-duty waterproof vinyl flooring.


3.0 Plumbing (New)


Furnish and install all new toilets, urinals, sinks, showers, valves, and flushometers for two bathrooms.


4.0 Fixtures (New)
