PROJECT & ACQUISITION DETAILS

Hazardous Material Policy: Non-disturbance of wall ACM; Lead-safe work practices and waste characterization for tile demolition required.
WBS Element - Scope Description
1.0 Demolition & HAZMAT
Lead-safe demo of flooring, fixtures, and partitions in 2 bathrooms. Includes containment, monitoring, and specialized waste characterization/disposal.
2.0 Flooring
