SECURE CELL PHONES

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. RAF Lakenheath is seeking sources to provide 47 each, SECURE CELL PHONES. Equipment must meet the following: Must be wireless, Must be able to make phone calls, Must be able to switch easily between classified and unclassified personal data assistant (PDA) functions, Must be capable of secure wireless access to Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) and Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Must be capable of wireless desktop synchronization, Must be capable of Department of Defense Public Key Infrastructure (DoD PKI) enabled Common Access Card (CAC), Must be capable of Global Roaming, Must be capable of exchanging secure email with government personnel including S/MIME Blackberry users, Must be Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) compliant, Must be capable to access classified networks, emails, and web-browsing, Must be capable of separating classified and unclassified applications, Must be capable of Type 1 encrypted storage of classified data, Must be an all-in-one function converging secure wireless voice and data by combining the functionality of a wireless phone and PDA.
