The intended source for the modification is L-3 Communications, Communication Systems Southwest, 640 N. 2200 W, PO Box 16850, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116-0850. The intended Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award will result in a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract. The associated NAICS code is 334511 and small business standard is 750 employees. The intended contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
