Full Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice. Anticipated release of the RFP is 8 DEC 2017. The AFLCMC/HBKAA Contracting Office at Robins AFB, GA has a requirement for a Secure Software Development Room, to be assembled and delivered in accordance with the requirements and specifications outlined in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work. The government intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract with an estimated period of performance of 10 months. FAR Part 15 procedures will be utilized in this acquisition. In response to the official RFP, offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instruction contained in the RFP. It is anticipated that this acquisition will utlize a lowest-price technically acceptable source selection process, in which the award will be made to the lowest priced offerror whose response meets the technical requirements of the RFP. The government will evaluate proposals and make award in accordance with the "Evaluation Basis of Award" provision in the RFP. Interested offerors may notify the POCs listed below for any additional questions. No telephone questions. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submisstion of their proposal.
