The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Harris Corporation, Rochester, NY for the following items: 30 EA cable assembly, PN 12005-0730-A006, 1 ea AC Power, PN 10181-9831-009, 1 ea, Cable Assem bly, RF-5055, PN 10570-0716-A006, 1 ea Multiband Radio System, PN av/vrc-103 (v) 2, 1 ea Power Supply, PN RF-5051PS-125C, 30 ea, Power supply-AC/DC Input, PN RF-5850-PS001, 11 ea Tactical Amplifier/Speaker, PN 10181-5180-01, 11 ea, cable assy, speaker Powe r, PN 11068-0018-A009, 11 ea cable assy Speaker Control, PN 10535-0707-A009, 10 ea Antenna Mount, PN 12006-1010-01, 10 ea, VHF/UHF Multiband Whip Antenna, PN RF-390-AT001 and 10 ea Transit Case, PN 10564-2400-02. Contractor must provide all items and no p artial shipments are authorized. The authority for this non-competitive award is Section 4202 of the Clinger Cohen Act of 1996. Interested concerns may identify their interest and submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to provide t he required equipment. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available; therefore, request for such documents will be considered invalid responses. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requir ement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Reponses to W9124906T0036 must be in writing. All questions should be directed to Marcus Johnson at contact@example.gov. Response Due Date 24 Mar 2006. If no affirmative responses are rec eived by 4:00 PM EST on 24 Mar 06, the Contracting Officer will proceed to issue a contract to Harris Corporation. The NAICS code is 334290.
