Full Description

Operational Support Airlift Activity (OSA-A) is utilizing the AccessNSite software and its system boards. OSA-A technicians maintain the system but only call the vendor on as needed basis for technical assistance. These electronic locks system use proprietary software for managing access and programming the electronic locks. To use another brand of keyless locks would require replacing the existing system, wiring, and locks already in use. In order to maintain physical security of current buildings we need to ensure that there is a plan in place to provide maintenance support of the current system. ITS currently provides the Maintenance and Warranty services under contract W91QV1-19-P-0141 for the security system previously installed under W91QV1-18-P-0059. To solicit and award the upgrades to another vendor would void the warranty in effect.
