Bid #2026-27-101: The project involves districtwide monitoring, inspection, testing, and maintenance for security and fire protection services across 3 high school sites, 6 middle school sites, 17 elementary sites, 1 charter school, 1 preparatory school, 1 K-8 academy, 1 secondary education center, District Office buildings, and MOT (Maintenance, Operations and Transportation) facilities. All fire protection and life safety alarm and equipment must be kept fully functional at all times, adhering to applicable NFPA codes and standards. Services include monitoring all system points, annual performance inspection and testing of all notification systems, equipment, and components. Districtwide service and monitoring of security (intrusion detection) systems, including supervision of system closing and opening with corresponding reports. After-hours response to emergency maintenance requirements is also mandated.
