Security Assessment of Facilities

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is seeking qualified service providers to conduct physical security assessments on government-owned and leased facilities across Saskatchewan. The scope includes a minimum of five to seven buildings annually, covering a diverse range of facility types such as correctional institutions, health and medical centers, office spaces, warehouses, educational institutions, laboratories, cultural venues like museums and galleries, and courts. This solicitation operates as a continuous onboarding process, with annual cycles beginning each November and a submission deadline of October 30, or at the discretion of the Government of Saskatchewan. Respondents must meet specified qualifications and pass evaluation criteria to be added to the qualified vendor list, and those not selected in a given year are ineligible to reapply until the next annual onboarding cycle. The RFSQ remains actively posted on SaskTenders for its entire term, with consistent terms, conditions, and evaluation standards applied to all applicants. The solicitation number is 8668-Continuous, posted on May 28, 2024, with a response deadline of December 7, 2026. Onboarding will continue annually until six months prior to the expiration of the RFSQ term. Questions from potential respondents will be addressed throughout the duration of the solicitation.
