N--Security System Installation

This solicitation, numbered 140P8326Q0045, is a total small business set-aside under FAR 19.5 for the installation of a commercial-grade intrusion detection system at the John Day Fossil Beds Maintenance Shop in Kimberly, Oregon. The project requires a lump sum price covering all labor, materials, equipment, mobilization, insurance, overhead, profit, and contract administration necessary to fully implement a secure, supervised system that integrates with the Government’s existing central station monitoring service. The scope includes installing an intrusion control panel and keypad near Corridor 108, contacts on four exterior personnel doors, three heavy-duty overhead-door contacts, eight office-window contacts, a glass-break detector if needed, and ensuring all components are functionally and physically separate from the existing fire alarm system except where required for life-safety interfaces.
