Targeted green-street retrofit of approx. 343.59 LF of South Marsham Street between Gravel Lane and US Route 50 in Downtown Romney, WV. The completed Project must provide, at minimum: approximately 1,450 square feet of permeable pavement; eight vegetated stormwater management cells; necessary drainage/underdrain/inlet/pipe/tie-in/downspout work; limited curb, sidewalk, ADA, apron, crossing and traffic-calming work necessary to integrate the BMP corridor; six native trees and approximately 345 native plants or Town-approved functional equivalents; treatment of approximately 1.7 acres (74,052 square feet) of impervious surface within an approximately 3.3-acre drainage area; and final stabilization, cleanup and restoration.
