Fort Eustis in Hampton, Virginia, is conducting market research under NAICS code 811210 to identify capable large and small businesses for the relocation of two audiometric booths. This seeking sources notice is for planning purposes and is not a formal request for quote or proposal. The project requires the decommissioning and disassembly of booths from Building 664, transport via freight elevator, and reassembly in Building 576. The contractor must ensure the installation is level and sealed according to manufacturer guidelines and that the environment meets ANSI/ASA S3.1 and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 Appendix D standards for ambient noise levels.
