Seely Hill Road Stream Restoration Project

The Town of Newfield (Owner) invites Proposals for stream stabilization and culvert replacement work on Seely Hill Road in the Town of Newfield, as shown in drawings prepared by Tioga County Soil and Water Conservation District. Please refer to the bid item schedule for a list of tasks/items that are included in this RFP. Copies of drawings and specifications along with forms for proposals for the contract are available by email, please contact Angel Hinickle at ahinickle@tompkins-co.org. Bidders will be furnished a full and complete copy of the drawings and specifications upon proper presentation of: 1.) The name and mailing address, telephone numbers and emails of the interested party making such request. Partial sets of the bidding documents will not be issued. Bids will be received at the Newfield Town Clerk’s Office at 166 Main Street, Newfield, NY 14867, prior to October 15, 2026, at 4:00PM. Bids properly received and identified will be opened and read aloud at the Newfield Town Clerk’s Office at 166 Main Street, Newfield, NY 14867 on October 15, 2026, at 4:05 PM. The Town of Newfield assumes no responsibility whatsoever, in connection with any failure to receive bids, including those related to any reason for delay, in obtaining or submitting the bidding documents, including but not limited to: traffic delay, messengering, mislabeling, mis-directions from any source, mis-delivery, or otherwise.
