The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, through the Selawik National Wildlife Refuge, has issued solicitation 140FS126Q0144 for snow removal services at the Kotzebue Administrative Site in Alaska. This requirement will establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a four-year period of performance from February 3, 2027, to February 3, 2031, with annual service periods running from October 1 through May 31. The contract is a total small business set-aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses, and 8(a) Business Concerns, under NAICS code 561790. While the BPA does not guarantee minimum quantities, it carries a maximum award ceiling of $350,000. Individual tasks under the BPA will be executed on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis.
