This notice is issued solely for market research, information, and planning purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. It does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This Sources Sought Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party’s expense.
1. BACKGROUND & SCOPE
The Government is conducting market research to identify interested and capable sources to support the Senegal MILES-IWS2 program. The requirement entails the procurement and delivery of the Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System - Individual Weapon System 2 (MILES-IWS2) and associated support required to build partner capacity for the Senegalese Armed Forces.
This effort is in support of expiring FY26 Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Section 333 requirements.
