Senior Center Trash Enclosure Improvements

The project involves improvements to the existing trash enclosure at the Senior Center located at 100 N. D Street, Perris, CA 92570. The scope of work includes constructing a new side wall on the west side of the existing brick structure to match its height, materials, finish, and appearance. The contractor will also furnish and install a new cover/roof structure over the enclosure, sized to provide full coverage and be compatible with existing and proposed walls. New trash enclosure gates/doors will be furnished and installed across the front opening to provide full access. Additionally, concrete improvements will be performed along the existing fence line. Approximate dimensions include a 28-foot enclosure opening width, 9-foot enclosure/gate height, 7-foot side wall depth, and approximately 64 linear feet of concrete improvements. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, mobilization, disposal, supervision, and other services necessary to complete the work.
