This procurement has been conditionally set aside under the federal government’s Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). The procurement is open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses. However, if two or more Indigenous businesses submit a bid, then the procurement is set aside under PSIB. In order to be considered under PSIB, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB.This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):One (1) Level 3Geographic Information System Applications AnalystOne (1) Level 3 Geographic Information System Application ArchitectSolution Architecture for the CADIA project has identified three Product Platforms that require external resource leads. The project team will be leveraging existing capabilities inherent to CFIA infrastructure and not the re-building of functionality that already exists. Functionality will be leveraged in ArcGIS, Dynamics 365 (D-365), and Abode ExperienceManager.ArcGIS is a cloud-based mapping and analysis solution. It is used to make maps, analyze data, and to share and collaborate as well as get access to workflow-specific apps, maps and data, and tools for being mobile in the field.External resources 2 will be required to lead a Development team with CFIA resources as Subject Matter Experts in the delivery of the functional requirements that have been mapped to the core capabilities identified under the ArcGIS Platform.
