Transport Canada require a Senior Learning Advisor to perform a Learning Needs Analysis (LNA)to assist the Centre of Enforcement Expertise (CEE) of Transport Canada (TC) in establishing aNational Enforcement Program Training Framework for Enforcement Investigators. The successof the LNA must be predicated on the ability to express clearly who is coming in – what are theyexpected to do – and what is the desired outcome.The work associated with this contract will focus on reviewing, qualifying, enhancing andreporting upon earlier LNA methodology outcomes as researched and prepared by internalpersonnel. The results of this LNA shall define a “core training curriculum” for REU Managers andEnforcement Investigators alike.
