This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole source, commercial, firm-fixed price award to Immix Technology (CAGE: 3CA29) for purchase of: P/N: PRO-NAMED-M SERENA CHANGE MAN PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE MAINT (50 LICENSES) NAICS Code: 541511 Small Business Size Standard: $23M NOTE 22 APPLIES JUSTIFICATION: 580 SMXS PERFORMS Software changes and uses the Serena Professional Suite of tools to maintain configuration. This is a requirement driven by CMMI Quality Process and AS9100. The current contract must be renewed in order to prevent release changes which would impact needed changes to the aircraft. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number.
