This is a combined synopsis/solicitation set-aside 100% for Small Business. The subject requirement is for a commercial product; as such, this solicitation is prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is not authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the vendor associated with developing a quote. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this RFQ. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established.


The purpose of this solicitation is for the Government to obtain all necessary hardware, labor, and services for the procurement of two (2) 50hp New Rotary Service Air Compressors. To meet this requirement, the vendor shall perform all tasks outlined in Attachment 1 – Service Air Compressor Replacement SOO and Performance Parameters.

 


Amendment 0004 is attached incorporating updated Attachment 4- Questions and Answers, extending the RFQ due date to 10 April 2026 at 10:00 AM (CST), extending the question deadline date to 8 April 2026 at 10:00 AM (CST), and attaching the presentation from the Virtual Information Exchange that includes photographs of the relevant work areas.
