Description of Work:
Transport Canada is transforming the way it operates, evolving against a modern digital roadmap and actively exploring ways to disrupt existing and adopt emerging best practices and procedures. With ongoing investments in areas such as:
- Service Design;
- Agile & Product Management methodologies;
- Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science;
- Cloud Computing;
- Artificial Intelligence; and
- Other related activities.
Transport Canada’s Digital Services Transformation Office (DSTO) is enabling major service modernization involving the redesign of programs and services spanning modes and business lines. This contract is in support of existing TC teams and staff in the development and application of common style guide/design template for guidance documents developed by their respective areas and intended for use by business and program areas across the organization.
