Service and Maintenance for Victor 2-channel dispenser

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation Notice of Intent (NOI) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are not being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is NIAIDNOI15B1720884 issued as a Notice of Intent. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-78, dated December 26, 2014. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219, which has a business size standard of 19.0. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). All responsible sources may submit offers that will be considered by this agency. The National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIH/NIAID) intends to procure maintenance and service agreement from PerkinElmer Health Sciences, Inc. This is the only known vendor because PerkinElmer certifies only their own technicians to service machines or their warranty would be null and void. Line item# Description 1 Victor 2-Channel Dispenser 2 Stacker and Roboting Loading 3 Victor X3 for FL, LUM, UV Period of Performance will be one year (Base 4/1/2015) plus four (4) option years. Options periods may be exercised in one-year increments extending four years from award.
