Service Anniversary Award Gift Program

Argonne National Laboratory, operated by UChicago Argonne, LLC under a prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy, is soliciting firm fixed price proposals to support its employee service award program through RFP No. 6-B185-P-00194-00, based on the Statement of Work dated May 26, 2026. The solicitation seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive solution including a current catalog of award gifts, a user-friendly online platform with customizable features, support for multiple service anniversary levels, automated employee gift selection notifications, and full program administration involving reminders, reporting, return policy management, and timely fulfillment. Evaluation will be conducted using a best value trade-off methodology, with technical factors weighted in descending importance: physical capability and capacity to deliver required products and services, project management proficiency, site platform usability and functionality, and past performance on similar assignments. Proposals must be submitted via email to Laura Sanchez by July 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM CDT, with the RFP number included in the subject line, and any clarifications must be requested by July 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST. The place of performance is Lemont, Illinois, with delivery terms following FOB Destination for domestic shipments and INCOTERMS 2010 DAP for foreign shipments; risk of loss remains with the contractor until acceptance by the laboratory. Title to all items passes to the government upon acceptance, and the contractor is liable for damages resulting from improper packaging or shipping. Payment will be made upon delivery and acceptance of goods or services, based on contract pricing, with options for ACH, credit card, or wire transfer, and freight charges paid by the contractor are reimbursable upon submission of proper documentation. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal regulations, including cybersecurity standards such as NIST, SOC2, PCI-DSS, and ISO, as well as environmental, safety, and health requirements specific to the laboratory site. Federal acquisition regulation clauses covering small business utilization, accelerated payments to small business subcontractors, equal opportunity, whistleblower protections, privacy, data rights, and prohibition of certain foreign technologies are incorporated, along with special terms for termination for convenience, warranty of noncomplex supplies, and a two-year statute of limitations for claims.
