Vendors must ensure all materials are genuine and unused, implement counterfeit detection programs, and maintain commercially reasonable cybersecurity controls aligned with NIST, ISO, SOC2, PCI-DSS, or HITRUST standards. All personnel must comply with REAL ID requirements for site access and adhere to the Laboratory’s Code of Business Ethics. Intellectual property rights are governed by FAR 52.227-14 with multiple alternates and DEAR 952.227-14, with defined government rights to data and contractor protections for proprietary information. No numerical weights or adjectival ratings are assigned to evaluation factors, and the contract does not obligate Argonne to make any purchase.
