The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis for preventive maintenance service agreement with BD Biosciences for the following equipment: - LSRFortessa X-20 SORP, Product no: 657188, Quantity 1 each Customer material#: 656385 Serial#: H656385038 Coverage includes the BD LSRFortessa X-20 Special Order System and one BD FACStation (excluding printers) for labor, travel expenses and parts (excluding lasers and and consumable items) for the following: Two (2) Preventive Maintenance Inspections to be performed during a twelve-month period including two (2) PM kits. Software Revisions released during the Agreement term. Unlimited service visits, Monday-Friday, excluding BD Biosciences holidays. Unlimited telephone support for instruments, reagents and applications will be provided at no additional charge.
