Full Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska intends to award a sole source purchase order to Premier Shockwave as a result of them being the authorized supplier and maintainer of the OssaTron Higher-Energy ESWT device and having proprietary information. This requirement is for the preventative and corrective (on-site) maintenance of the OssaTron Higher-Energy ESWT device. Due to the requirement for the OssaTron device and proprietary information, only Premier Shockwave can fulfill this requirement. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) & 13.106(b). The anticipated award date is 25 September 2015. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 20 September 2015 at 2 pm Alaska Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
