Amendment to the solicitation 0002 Please be advised this amendment changes the quotes deadline from August 7th to September 2nd, 2025. please submit all proposals no later than 09/02/2025 at 3:00pm ET. Amendment to the solicitation 0001 this Amendment includes Q&A (see attached) and new second site walk opportunity to go over Part B (automated gate, Dog house & electrical room) of the project only. Second site visit will be held on Monday August 4th, 2025 at 9:00 ET. Email anhur.maklef@fema.dhs.gov to confirm attendance. please ensure to have valid REAL ID or U.S. Passport for entry to the facility. FEMA Region 1 intends to award Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Install approximately 1,600 linear feet of 10-foot-high galvanized or stainless-steel chain-link fencing, inclusive of buried fabric, barbed wire, top and bottom rails, posts set in concrete, and a manually operated cantilever gate at the Federal Regional Center, Maynard MA. Please read SOW and Solicitation attachments in their entirety. If you have any questions, please email me no later than August 1st, 2025 by noon EST. Please submit all quotes via email no later than 09:00am Est on August 7th, 2025. Instructions to Offerors 1. To ensure timely evaluation of the quote, the offeror must follow the instructions contained herein. The quote must be complete, independent, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. 2. The contracting officer has determined there is a good probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. Upon examination of the initial offers, the contracting officer will review this determination and if the contracting officer�s determines adequate price competition exists no additional information will be requested. 3. The Government intends on awarding a Firm fixed price as a result of this solicitation. 4. Set-Aside Requirement: This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified Sellers will be considered. 5. The contractor shall submit the Reps and Certs report located in www.sam.gov. In addition, the contractor agrees to hold pricing for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. 6. Offeror must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration by closing date of the solicitation. Contractors that submit a quote are not registered in SAM will not be considered for award; 7. The contractor shall return a proposal on company letterhead. In addition, the contractor agrees to hold pricing for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. 8. Submissions: The contractor will complete and submit the following in order to be considered for award: a. Offeror must submit a proposal indicating its technical approach and understanding of the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work b. Offeror must submit a detailed itemized quote for each line item, which shall include: Business Name; Address; Phone Number; Point of Contact: Email Address; DUNS Number and/or Cage Code Site Visit: A site walk thru will take place on Wednesday, July 30th at 10:00am EST at 63 Old Marlboro Rd, Maynard MA. please email anhur.maklef@fema.dhs.gov to confirm attendance prior to 9:00am Wednesday, July 30th. this is the only opportunity to see the site. It is highly recommended to bring your own measuring tool for the site walk thru as the stated fence length may not reflect the accurate length but rather an approximate based on seatallite measurements. Providing an accurate measurement in the proposal is the vendor's responsibility. Quotes Due: Offerors must submit their required information not later than 09:00 AM.
