D’APPEL D’OFFRES N°: 1004788 SERVICES D’ENTRETIEN ET DE DÉNEIGEMENT DES INFRASTRUCTURES FERROVIAIRES DU SITE CÔTE-DE-LIESSE D’EXO (1) L’ADJUDICATAIRE doit exécuter les services tels que plus amplement décrits au Devis et ses annexes (les « Services »), et conformément aux exigences qu’il contient. (2) Les Services à effectuer par l’ADJUDICATAIRE consistent notamment à : · Effectuer les inspections périodiques des Infrastructures ferroviaires; · Effectuer les inspections spéciales des Infrastructures ferroviaires; · Effectuer l’Entretien préventif et l’Entretien correctif des Infrastructures ferroviaires; · Effectuer des interventions d’urgence dans et sur les Infrastructures; · Exécuter l’entretien hivernal, ce qui inclut, sans s’y limiter, le déneigement, le déglaçage, le chargement, le transport et la disposition de neige ainsi l’épandage d’Abrasifs et/ou de fondants sur et autour des Infrastructures identifiées, tout au long de la période hivernale; · Exécuter l’entretien estival, ce qui inclut, sans s’y limiter, le désherbage, le fauchage, la tonte de gazon l’épandage de pesticides sur et autour des Infrastructures identifiées, tout au long de la période estivale ; · Procéder à la gestion des Matières Résiduelles, notamment leur collecte et disposition hors-site; · Fournir la protection ferroviaire pour tous les Services exécutés en emprise ferroviaire. (3) L’ADJUDICATAIRE doit exécuter les Services sur le Site. La cartographie des Infrastructures se retrouve à l’annexe A du Devis, alors que les cahiers techniques incluant les plans de zones d’entretien hivernal ainsi les spécificités du Site se retrouvent à l’annexe B. (4) L’ADJUDICATAIRE doit fournir, sans s’y limiter, la main d’œuvre, l’outillage, les Équipements, les pièces, les matériaux, les produits, les véhicules de transport et les équipements de communication et de contrôle nécessaire à l’exécution des Services. (5) Sauf en cas de force majeure et uniquement dans la mesure prévue au Contrat, aucun Service ne peut être reporté ou remis.
