Services de consultant pour la fourniture, l’installation du logiciel Tom2 Pro, la formation et l’assistance technique aux utilisateurs

The Ministry of Infrastructure in Chad has issued an award notice for consultancy services focused on the acquisition and implementation of the Tom2 Pro software. This contract encompasses the full procurement cycle, including the supply and installation of the software, as well as the provision of comprehensive technical assistance to ensure a successful deployment. A primary objective of this initiative is the professional development of the Administrative, Financial, and Accounting Managers of the UMOP. The selected consultant is responsible for delivering specialized training to these users to ensure the effective utilization of the system. This project is managed under solicitation number TD-MIDER-539488-GO-DIR and is supported through World Bank procurement channels.
